The Martech landscape of 2026 is more complex than ever before. This is a trend that will only gain momentum as the need for efficient digital marketing grows. The question marketers will ask themselves is how do we differentiate? In my opinion, the real question they should be asking is how do we build a loyal base of brand advocates? Do this right, and you’ve created an optimal environment for long-term engaged customers. These customers will not only spread the word and help you reach more customers, but will also provide you with invaluable feedback of your products and activities. In other words strong Relationship Marketing.
Our customers in Adgorithms put their trust in our SaaS solution and in our team. They put their online advertising budgets with Albert to manage. This is not something we take lightly, and we put a lot of thought and effort into making their journey seamless. We’re seeing good results, and wanted to share our experience with you. Here are five tips, we utilize, to create and maintain a strong, loyal customer base:
- Engage the customer with an easy and interactive User Experience while using your solution
A user experience which is both simple and user friendly is ideal when you are a solution provider. If customers can navigate on their own, with minimal direction, they will be motivated to continue and use your solution. - Trust and commitment are integral to develop and preserve customer relationships
Trust is an elemental part of the customer-provider relationship. One way to maintain trust is to uphold a strong privacy protection policy. With SaaS solutions this is a must. Customers need to know that their data is being used for optimal operation of their system and for this purpose only. - Transparency → Clarity → Returning Customer
This is my favorite. It is so obvious, yet we’ve seen few competitors take this approach. Cross-channel campaign optimization no longer needs to be beyond the understanding of the customer and can be made transparent by providing customers with a clear and simple dashboard summarizing their campaign performance. This alone increases the trust in the solution and drives the customer towards stronger engagement with the platform. - Consistency
Throughout the platform, in external communication and also internally – the aim should be to maintain one terminology. This helps keep the already complex topic of management a little bit more simple and helps customers understand what is being referred to. And when customers understand you, it makes the ramp-up quicker and increases their engagement. - Great Customer Success Team
After all, there is no replacement for human support. Taking the time to ensure that the customers know who they are working with, who takes care of them, and how to be in contact with questions and comments is essential in building long term relationships. For example, our team of experts track our customers activities on the automatic platform, and will proactively approach them with suggestions that will improve campaign performance. When the customer is at the top of your organizational priorities results will be quick to come.
Here’s to a fruitful year, with many more loyal customers!
